family noticing cobwebs on the walls and dirt in the corners. The staff were friendly but clearly overwhelmed. It's unfortunate that the pool and breakfast were unavailable, which was a major letdown for the kids. Not returning anytime soon.

The staff acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to ask for extra towels, not what I expected at all. I almost gave a decent review, but just couldn’t get over the complete lack of service!

The linens were fresh and just right, and the parking lot was recently redone.
